RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY
• All returns must be unworn and unwashed with no stains, smells/smoke or any damage to the merch and in brand new condition w/ original tags, package and shoe box. You will be refunded the whole amount minus the original shipping cost.
• Please include a copy of the paperwork you received with your order so we can verify the purchase.
• If you need a different size, please make a return and we will issue a refund when the item is received and place the new order.
• If you receive the wrong product or size, we will pay the return shipping fee and provide full refund.
• You can choose to return or exchange your purchase to our retail location.
• If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a refund within 90 days and you are responsible for the shipping fee.

• Orders in the US typically ship within 1- 3 days, you will receive tracking information once your orders ships .
• It is not possible to change or cancel an address once an item has shipped.
• Customers outside the United States may be subject to additional customs fees after the shipment arrives in your country.
• Due to the unpredictable nature of shipping around the world, we cannot guarantee shipping timing.
• Though usually accurate, estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed, weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery times.
• Domestics orders ship via USPS, Fedex or UPS .

• If your package is marked “DELIVERED” by the shipper and you still did not receive your package, you will have to file a “claim” w/the carrier, we are not responsible for packages that may have been stolen or lost, no refunds will be given in this circumstance.
