Description

The front of this Amon Amarth shirt features a towering, horned Viking god emerging from a wall of red and orange flames, gripping a spear and reaching directly toward a lone warrior standing beneath him. The band's logo burns across the top in black and gold. On the back, the words "ODEN WANTS YOU" rise through a blazing inferno, framed by a sword running through the design. It's a full front-and-back print built around the band's obsession with Norse mythology and the gods of war. Since forming in Sweden in 1992, Amon Amarth have made Viking warfare and mythology central to their melodic death metal. This artwork keeps that tradition going without pretending subtlety was ever the point.
